Monte Anderson was raised in a very musical family. He made his stage debut at five, and began playing professionally at age 13. Monte is an award-winning, talented vocalist and mufti-instrumentalist, with a commanding and fun stage presence.
Monte has spent many years fronting numerous bands and has traveled and played with them throughout the northwestern United States, playing gigs ranging in size from a few, to a few thousand. During that time, Monte had the privilege of sharing the stage with National touring acts like Joe Diffie, The Smokin Armadillos, The Pirates of the Mississippi, and the late, great Chris LeDoux.
Monte has been featured and co-produced several recordings and also just finished his in-house studio, where he records all of the backing tracks that he uses in his solo shows.
In addition to his musical talents, Monte has always been a natural in front of an audience and a microphone. Years of experience keeping audiences entertained, along with several years of radio work, make Monte a natural emcee, host, or even auctioneer, which he also does.
Monte still performs occasionally with other groups, but has focused much of his energy on Monte D. Entertainment, which allows him to offer customers great value in exciting, professional entertainment. Monte offers solo entertainment, D.J. Services, Emceeing, and anything in between. He can also help you plan your event, or provide equipment for other shows.
Monte lives in Bozeman, Montana with his wonderfully supportive wife, Staci.
